Kim is the Director of the Miami Valley SBDC and an Air Force veteran who has been with the SBDC family since 2007. She is passionate about working with start-up businesses to ensure they are on the right path. Kim’s expertise includes budgeting, strategic planning, and human resources, making her a valuable asset to entrepreneurs seeking guidance and support.

Tosin is an HR expert, helping with challenges businesses face as they grow and hire employees. She also spearheads our outreach to the Dayton community. She is passionate about helping small businesses launch, sustain, and grow into profitable and successful ventures.
