Kim Woodbury
Kim is an Air Force veteran who has been with the SBDC family for over ten years. Her strengths include budgeting, strategic planning and human resources.
Kathy Marshalek
Kathy is responsible for assisting small and medium-sized companies in developing international markets for their products and services. Kathy has been involved in international trade for over 38 years.
Mark Lankford
Mark has been counseling SBDC clients for over seven years. His specialty areas include business planning, cash flow projections and assisting with business sales and acquisitions.
LeKeisha Grant
LeKeisha is our counselor who works primarily with city of Dayton businesses. She has many years of experience both as a business owner and business consultant. Her specialty areas are digital marketing, online selling and goal setting.
Cindi Green
Cindi has been Program Coordinator with the SBDC for 10 years, directing traffic and assisting entrepreneurs. She is usually the first point of contact for clients and she makes sure they are getting the assistance they need.
Adrienne Heard
Adrienne is a long-time consultant for the SBDC, and also has her own management consulting business. Adrienne specializes in keeping businesses on track and problem prevention.
Kim Petro
Kim is our newest SBDC counselor; moving from a part-time SBDC consultant to working with us full time. Kim is a Quickbooks Pro Advanced Advisor and specializes in financial and organizational strategies.
