Lisa Crum

Lisa recently joined the Miami Valley SBDC, moving back to Ohio from Wisconsin. She focuses on small businesses in Miami, Shelby and Darke counties as well as food entrepreneurs throughout our region. Lisa has a lot of business experience, having run her own bakery for 20 years and advising other businesses after she sold her own business. Lisa focuses on ensuring that entrepreneurs have the fundamentals in place to ensure success.

Cindi Green

Cindi has been the program coordinator for the Miami Valley Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the Entrepreneurs’ Center for well over ten years. She has a passion for navigating small businesses through the maze of information out there and a talent for guiding them to the resources that best meet their needs.

Mark Lankford

Mark is a long-time SBDC counselor, joining the Miami Valley SBDC in 2018. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions which includes expert business planning and cash flow projections. Mark's expertise helps many businesses to evaluate the soundness of their purchase deals and to realize their dreams.

Osunbunmi

Tosin Osunbunmi

Tosin is new to the Miami Valley SBDC and will be leading our outreach and business training for entrepreneurial immigrants in the Miami Valley. She has experience with economic development in the Dayton region and has a passion for working with immigrant and minority communities, making sure they know what resources are available.

Kim Petro

Kim was a consultant for the Miami Valley SBDC before joining the team full-time as a certified business advisor. She provides training and education primarily in QuickBooks, and assists clients with various other challenges, including business plan review, financial projections and strategic planning, marketing planning, and bookkeeping training.

Emerald Sparks

Emerald is an advisor for the Miami Valley Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the Entrepreneurs’ Center and is very passionate about helping small business owners generate sustainable profits within their startups. She has worked in financial services for over 10 years and specializes in bookkeeping and taxes for small businesses.

Kim Woodbury

Kim is the Director of the Miami Valley SBDC and is an Air Force veteran who has been with the SBDC family since 2007. Kim loves to work with start-up businesses to make sure they are on the right path. Her strengths include budgeting, strategic planning and human resources.

Marshalek

Kathy Marshalek

Kathy is the Director of the Ohio Export Assistance Network of the Miami Valley SBDC. She is responsible for assisting small and medium-sized companies in developing international markets for their products and services. Kathy has been involved in international trade for over 40 years.

Adrienne Heard

Adrienne is a long-time consultant for the Miami Valley SBDC, and also has her own management consulting business. Adrienne specializes in keeping businesses on track and problem prevention.
